Aim of the course is to provide the students with: A) the advancement of knowledge in protein structure and function, and their production and characterization for industrial applications; B) understanding the role, principles and purpose of the treated techniques, building on the notions learned about protein structure and function; C) the development of independence and critical sense in reasoning the physicochemical and functional features of industrial enzymes and metalloenzymes, correlating their activity to experimental variables.
