Informazioni sul corso

This course is aimed at providing students with essential tools concerning:

-              Subjects and sources of international trade law.

-              The law of the World Trade Organization.

-              International investment law, with a special focus on standards of treatment of foreign investments.

-              The protection of economic rights.

The approach followed in the course will mostly be based on a thorough analysis of judicial practice of national and international courts, with the view to investigating how judges concretely deal with the subject
